Blog Post B3 In the claymation Aria by Pjortr Sapegin’s many emotions are expressed. Through the complex movements of the clay characters the mother expresses deep love and depression in the film. As well as joy and happiness is expressed several times. Even though there are many emotions exposed in the film, the main emotions are love, happiness, and sadness.  In the beginning of the film, its pure and absolute joy. With the sailor and the women loving each other they create a warm and friendly environment. Through this they create one of the most beautiful gifts possible in someones life. A baby girl is born out of this love and joy that the parents once had for each other. This will shortly end later in the film.  What was once a wonderful beginning with potential, shortly turned into a one night stand. The sailor left the women unknowingly with his soon to be child.
